• The Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce Announces New Chief Executive Officer

    The Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the appointment of Brittany Ganson to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, starting September 2, 2025.

    Before this role, Ganson served as Director of Economic Development and Government Affairs for the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce. There, she worked closely with the Mayor, City Council, and City Manager to spearhead business attraction initiatives, secure record-level public funding for the Chamber, and lead outreach strategy to position Beverly Hills as a premier destination for retail investment. She also oversaw public policy efforts and city-wide branding projects in collaboration with creative and civic partners.

    Ganson is a seasoned executive and community advocate with over 20 years of experience in economic development, marketing, government affairs, and brand strategy. Ganson’s role in Laguna Beach will entail leading the organization’s efforts to support local businesses, strengthen civic partnerships, and drive sustainable economic growth.

    Ganson’s professional background includes leadership roles at nationally recognized organizations such as Tom Ferry, a leading real estate coaching and training company, where she directed business strategy and product development, and Equinox, where she served as Regional Marketing Manager and drove brand growth and community engagement across the Southeast region. Her broader experience spans real estate, health and wellness, luxury retail, and consumer goods, with a strong focus on strategic planning, brand development, and cross-sector partnerships. Known for her entrepreneurial mindset,collaborative leadership style, and results-driven approach, Ganson brings a unique blend of private sector innovation and nonprofit impact to her work.
