As part of our continued efforts to elevate the guest experience at Sawdust 2025, The Cove will present a thoughtfully curated and diversified menu inspired by the bold and exciting flavors of our signature Starfish cuisine. This summer, you can find some of Starfish’s signature premium rice liquor-based cocktails at watering holes throughout the Sawdust Festival. These scratch-made, naturally gluten-free, individually packaged libations include favorites like the Wild Lychee Martini, Laguna Lemon Drop, and Coco Mojo Mojito.
