About Us

I am a Postnatal Care Specialist, author, international speaker, trainer, and recovery coach. I educate expecting parents and train birth professionals on traditional feminine healthcare focusing on after birth recovery. We plan your recovery from Day 1, birthing day, and provide services in your home or at our residence; daily or on a live-in basis. We provide the world’s most holistic care from Southeast Asia not found in the United States, that encompasses the body, personal care - abdominal, core, breast and perineum as well as after birth nutrition, meals and hormonal rebalancing or mental health.

We are launching our in-home interior design services to create a temporary postnatal recovery space in the home. This ensures our clients have access to our services in privacy.

We represent a postnatal herbal line of recovery products from Southeast Asia and carry our famed Eco-Postnatal Care Set. We focus on the mother, while she focuses on her newborn.
