Niki is a seasoned real estate expert with 25 years of experience and over $1 billion in closed transaction volume in sales, leasing and property management. Niki is a local, born and raised in Laguna Beach, and a Certified Property Manager with a global reach representing clients in Orange County and beyond! Niki enjoys working with her husband, Baron, and is a mom of two - daughter, Bentley (12), at Thurston Middle School and son, Baron Jr. (7), at Top of the World Elementary. Niki currently serves as President-Elect for the Laguna Board of Realtors and is an active Rotarian.
