Laguna Beach, CA? The Luxury Hair Spa is thrilled to announce its celebration with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, September 11th at 5:30 pm. The event will take place at 4030 Birch Street, Suite 105, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
 
Join us as we celebrate this exciting event.  The ribbon cutting will be officiated by the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce, along with local dignitaries, honored guests, and members of the community.
