On Thursday, November 16 at 5:30pm join the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting rebranding Nirvana Grille into Nirvana Kitchen + Pantry with a launch celebration.
"After 15 years we are evolving Nirvana Grille into a more accessible concept called Nirvana Kitchen + Pantry. We will focus on Conscious Food Served Casually." as Laguna Native and the Executive Chef & Owner, Chef Lindsay Smith describes. "With a more intentional focus on ingredient sourcing, the creativity of craveable dishes with a health-driven emphasis, and the newest inclusion of my custom-made woodwork from locally sourced reclaimed lumber, I have united both of my passions into a new concept under one roof. Instead of just being Farm to Table, we have evolved into 'Farm to Fork & Tree to Table' and we cannot wait to unveil after 15 years into better serving the day-to-day needs of our community" Nirvana Kitchen + Pantry menu will feature organic, sustainable, grass-fed, free range, seasonal and local ingredients, as well as a grab & go market of all of the house-made delicacies, and kitchen store, including Chef Lindsay's Wooden creations.
"Nirvana Grille has a whole new look." said Erin Slattery CEO of the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce. "I am excited to dine at Nirvana Kitchen + Pantry to try the new tableside ordering. With the holidays approaching, the grab-and-go market, and custom handmade furniture and grazing boards by Chef Lindsay will be on my shopping list. She even told me they can engrave them, or have a custom piece designed for a more personalized gift. Definitely a must-have this year on my shopping list."
For those in attendance, Chef Lindsay will be hosting one of her signature grazing tables. Open seating in the interior dining room and Bliss Above Broadway will be available on a first come first serve basis as well as the entire new menu ordering tableside for diners to try until 8:30 pm.
