Laguna Beach Garden Club Presents Valentines Day Plant Sale and
LBGC Welcomes New Members at the February 14th meeting!
The Laguna Beach Garden Club is opening their doors to the public to encourage new
membership and showcase their efforts on behalf of the community and schools in Laguna
Beach. Come join us for a meeting on Valentine’s Day, Friday February 14th!
The LBGC is honored to have UCEE Master Gardeners to speak at our February meeting. They
will also be available to be your resource for your gardening questions and interests. In the spirit
of Valentines Day, we will have abundant and beautiful container plants, homemade goodies and
gifts available for purchase. The proceeds of all plant and gift sales will go to support the LBGC
Now is a great time to come to the LBGC meeting to meet our members and explore all the club
has to offer. Learn more about our fabulous Speaker Series and how you can give back to the
community, have fun and join the Garden Club. The Board is currently looking for applicants to
fill some positions for the 2020/21 club year. All applicants considered. The LBGC is
committed to the advancement of gardening, horticulture, ecology and conservation through
education and participation in related community projects. There could not be a better time to
get involved. We hope to see you on Valentines Day.

Laguna Beach Garden Club Meeting Information:
The Laguna Beach Garden Club meets on the second Friday of every month, September through May at the Laguna Presbyterian Church, 415 Forest Avenue, Laguna Beach, CA in Tankersley Hall. 9:30 am Social, 10:00 am General Meeting, Public is welcome, there is no charge for guests on their first visit. Before or after the meeting, please browse the outdoor “Garden Boutique” where donated garden-related items and plants can be purchased at “dirt-cheap”
prices. Fantastic garden gloves only $7/pair. Parking: Free in the Laguna Canyon Road lot (spaces 300-422) or $3 for all day in spaces 185-228.
