We need your feedback!
The Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce is conducting a survey to better understand the changing retail and commercial environment in our city. Your feedback will help guide our future efforts and support our business community.•Purpose: to gather feedback about the business environment from business owners, property managers, residents, and visitors to help improve the commercial areas of Laguna Beach.•Why Participate? Help us understand the challenges and opportunities you face, influence the programs and policies that support local businesses, and help make Laguna Beach a better
place to live, work, and visit.•Topics include competition / business climate, new retail trends, challenges that businesses face, and priorities for Chamber / City resources.•Survey Details: Individual responses will be kept confidential.•Duration: The survey will remain open for four weeks, closing on August 26th.Example Questions
Which business types are under- or over-represented in Laguna Beach?
What do you think about popular retail trends, such as outdoor dining, parklets, pop-ups, and mobile vendors?
What do you think about e-commerce?
What challenges impact your business, such as retaining employees, foot traffic, City fees/regulations, and parking?
What improvements should be prioritized, such as public safety, cleanliness/appearance, streetscape improvements, enhanced marketing, and improved regulatory processes?
Your feedback will help shape Laguna Beach’s future and set priorities for our next steps.
