During Health Discovery Days, choose one of four areas you’d like to explore:

MOVE — Posture, mobility, joints, and physical function
NOURISH — Nutrition, digestion, immune function, and metabolic health
RESET — Stress, tension, and the mind-body connection
BALANCE — Acupuncture and a Chinese Medicine perspective on health

You don’t need to know exactly what’s going on or what kind of care you need. Simply choose what you’d like to better understand, and our team will provide a focused experience with personalized insight and practical next steps for your health.
