Laguna has three different trolley lines running during Summer 2017: the mainline Summer Festival Trolley, the Neighborhood Trolley service, and the Summer Breeze bus service from the 133/I-405 lot in Irvine.
1. Summer Festival Trolley Service: This expanded, free trolley service runs seven days a week from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. during Laguna’s 10-week summer festival season (June 24 through August 31). Trolley service includes stops along Coast Highway as well as Laguna Canyon Road in order to service the Festival of Arts/Pageant of the Masters, Sawdust Art Festival, Art-A-Fair Festival and the Laguna Playhouse. 2. Neighborhood Trolley Service: Local service covering Top of the World, Bluebird Canyon, and Arch Beach Heights neighborhoods. The trolleys operate Monday – Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Friday, 6:30 a.m. – Midnight.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – Midnight; Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. The Neighborhood Program operates on a 30-minute frequency with fixed stops, as well as offering a flag-down service anywhere along the route. 3. Summer Breeze: The Laguna Beach Summer Breeze (OC Bus Route 689) will run July 9 - August 28, Saturdays and Sundays only, from 11:00 a.m. to midnight. The Summer Breeze makes a loop beginning at the SR-133/I-405 parking lot and continues along Laguna Canyon Road with stops at the Sawdust Art Festival, Laguna Art-A-Fair, Festival of the Arts, Pageant of the Masters, the Laguna Playhouse and the Laguna Beach Bus Station, where it meets the free Laguna Beach Trolley. The trolley connects with beach, shopping, and food destinations along Pacific Coast Highway. Main Beach is just one block from the Laguna Beach Bus Station. To return to your car, just hop aboard at any of the Summer Breeze stops and ride back to the parking lot.
