Join Chef Sandhiya as she shows you how to easily prepare a delicious vegetarian meal inspired by the spices of the Indian Subcontinent. These spices not only add wonderful flavor to the food, but also offer immense health benefits. As a bonus, you will also learn how to make the popular and delicious Mango Lassi.
Chef Sandhiya is a Ayurveda practitioner, educator and chef. This will be her fouth class at Spice Merchants and they always sell out. Limited space is available.
