DESCRIPTION:Join Laguna Ocean Foundation for our volunteer orientation and training. This is the initial field training and orientation that is required in order to volunteer at the tidepools. You must also complete one additional in-person field training at the tidepools and an online training course about Marine Protected Areas (MPAs).\n\nAt this orientation\, you'll learn about the MPAs\, tidepool species\, and the next steps in the process of becoming an LOF volunteer.\n\nWe will start the orientation at our office space to go over a PowerPoint presentation and answer any questions before heading to the tidepools for your first field training.\n\n\n\nDate: Sunday\, September 13th\n\nTime: 2pm - 6pm\n\n\n\nSign up to be a volunteer docent here.\n\n\n\nInstructions\, where to meet\, and details here.
