SUMMARY:Jessie Rees Foundation (NEGU) Ribbon Cutting
DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, April 11th at 4:00 pm\, join the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce for a Ribbon Cutting Welcome Ceremony celebrating the Jessie Rees Foundation. \n\n \n\nThe Jessie Rees Foundation was inspired by eleven-year-old Jessica Joy Rees (Jessie)\, who fought terminal brain cancer. "For children who have cancer and their families\, every day is a journey\, and they need to have joy\, hope and inspiration\," said Erik Rees\, CEO and co-founder of the Jessie Rees Foundation and Jessie's dad. Jessie's goal was to bring smiles to kids around the world like her by creating and delivering JoyJars .\n\n \n\n"The Jessie Rees Foundation is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to help kids fighting cancer by sharing JoyJars \," said Erin Slattery CEO of the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce. "JoyJars are a 64 oz. plastic jar stuffed with new\, age-appropriate toys\, games and activities\, that will be delivered to children around the world fighting cancer."\n\n \n\nFor those in attendance\, Jessie Rees Foundation will be offering a tour of the JoyFactory and the opportunity to stuff JoyJars for children who are currently fighting cancer. \n\n \n\nThe Jessie Rees Foundation\, Joy Factory is located at 9 Studebaker\, Irvine\, CA 92618.\n\n \n\nJessie Rees Foundation is lining up an event not to be missed\, featuring fantastic complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to make an impact.
